Our Exmoor Safari routes have been carefully planned to take you across the wildest and most stunning parts of the moor, ensuring that you view the local landmarks and to give you the best chance of seeing the wildlife. Routes may vary depending upon conditions.
We will travel much further than other operators, twice as far as some. This ensures you see much more of Exmoor getting to view all the diversity in the landscape. It also increases the chances of seeing the wildlife.
Exmoor Safari Times
Morning Safari: 9.30 am – 1.00 pm
Afternoon Safari: 2.00 pm – 5.30 pm
Evening Safari: sometimes available
Finish times are approximate as sometimes safaris overrun.

All Day Exmoor Safaris
All Day Safaris can be arranged with lunch at a local pub. Please call for details.
Notes
· All ages are welcome.
· Binoculars are available in our vehicle.
· We are sorry, but we cannot accommodate dogs.
· Off-Road sections of the Safari will involve driving over uneven ground, which will cause bumps and jolts. So it is NOT suitable for anyone with an infirmity that could be agrivated by such motion.
Red Stag Safari hold all the appropriate licences from the local authority required to conduct its business and are fully insured. Our vehicle complies with all the relavent regulations and has regular safety checks.

ARMCHAIR SAFARIS
For those unable to come with us on one of our safari trips due to old age or infirmity we offer a virtual safari service. If you book on an armchair safari we will come directly to your door and take you on a fascinating journey while you are still in your own home sat comfortably in your favourite armchair with a cup of tea.
Using our own film footage and photography we will take you on a virtual tour of Exmoor to see the stunning landscape with the vast heather moors and steeply sloping valleys clad with ancient woodland along with the crystal clear waters.
You will see images of the wild red deer, Exmoor ponies, birds of prey and many other wild animals that roam the moor.
We will show you actual stags antlers when we explain the life cycle of the red deer along with other interesting props.

Armchair Safari for 2-4 people in home

Talks for larger groups can be accommodated but please contact us for a price.
